Chuc, I'm sure it would be evidence in a class-action lawsuit.

How is the BOD going to get away for low balling its shareholders at .30 when the following taken from 2/18/14 CC? Your thought? TIA.

So that’s $0.40, $2.10 and $2.75 and that’s not future value, that’s the present value today.

I have less confidence than some others in the likelihood of success of a class-action suit against two consenting BOD's brought on by a minority group of disgruntled shareholders. Might slow them down. Might get the payoff up to .40. I'd join it out of principle. But the deal would ultimately go through. Yes, the CEO has an obligation to shareholders, but the majority of shareholders attend the board meetings of both companies.

Honestly, I don't think anything resembling this is going to happen, but when No2KA posted the specific question about merging with Epic, I got a little adrenaline burst because I've already thought through these scenarios and none of them end well for the little guy. I trust Nasrat Hakim, but I DO NOT LIKE his coziness with Epic. I was kind of surprised when he started getting distributions from Epic. Maybe I missed the announcement on that, when did he get in on that action? The last set of Epic distributions even sent shares to Mikah, which I guess proves that there was never a merger between Mikah and Elite but rather a transfer from Mikah to Elite. Mikah still exists as entity controlled by NH and receiving Epic distributions.

Nasrat, I love you, Man, but I've got my paranoid, cynical eye on you.

Also, too, I think Jerry Treppel would kick his ass.
