I do not believe for a second that SE would intentionally deceive or concoct a charade. That is just wrong. That scenario dismisses the possibility that the debt obstacle was viewed as something that could be overcome. I would like people to actually go on record and make a case against the people to whom I have utmost respect. They seem to want to dance around their own words. If it doesn't make sense, then make some phone calls and get straightened out. At least do this before striking out in an accusatory manner.
I think the debtors want the assets and they do not want to share with folks that also bought tickets to see the success this company is going to see. If they own a huge chunk of the company, then fine.... but don't kill the hopes of those that came along for the ride. They could still do the right thing.
