Even the mess FSPM is in at the moment, i believe it would greatly affect the current share price
if an announcement was made that the patent had been granted.
On the other hand, with no patent ,FSPM could still market the product to growers who would utilize
indoor warehouse space for two and three stack ability.
The growers would have to be very ambitious to actually purchase containers and equip them for
growing.
Farmers don't build their own combines for harvesting. They may spend a quarter million dollars on
just one of these machines! ( I do realize there was a time the farmers did have to build new equipment as well as farm the land.)
Just saying FSPM would still have a market without a patent. The product has to function and be cost
effective in getting desired results.
