The UNI Agreement terminated when the patent expired.

Adding commas or line breaks or extra words to change the meaning of that UNI agreement is a fun game to play on message boards but a legal contract is a legal contract. UNI hasn't paid royalties to Radient since the patent expired.

And who cares anyway -- the royalty payment was only $200,000 per year. When Radient operated it burned $200,000 every nine days just on operational costs -- that does not count loan repayment.

Oh wait, NOBODY was counting loan repayment because Radient decided not to repay any of the loans.

My favorite part of this story in retrospect -- Radient lost $85 million per year for the last two years it reported financials..... and gross revenues for those two years were $232k and $314k respectively.... and people were calling this a Strong Buy?
