My guess Sorkin was able to get some peeps to take some positions before the o/s get maxed and a run. He told everyone very clearly in CCall

"We want our loyal shareholders who have held to make some $$. We want the price up higher so that we can reduce our debt with less shares"

I think this float is tighter than ever.
