There is a date for any amendment that any

company makes or any other changes...

In Nevada, there used to be an amendment

change that denoted a reverse split had

occured on a company after it was done...

NIHL did a r/s around Feb. 23rd and there

has been no note of it on Nevada info...

Is Nevada now allowing an amendment, blind

for public review, to denote split changes

by companies?

There was never any heads up for shareholder

awareness prior to splits in the old way

so it wouldn't have helped there either...

Csce or Cascade Energy was on daily list

on Monday for a reverse split to occur...

May wanta check their Nevada SOS info

to see if they file split info there...LJ
