St Louis can run a great business, but has no idea how far north whales can plow forward to. Which is why we are long here, "I speak for myself 1st of course" on that matter. This is a low floater for the OTC as far as I'm concerned. St Louis may not see the forest because of the trees, being in so deep with daily operations.
