Most stocks protect shareholder interests "The Old Fashioned Way" with improving AUDITED revenues, earnings and, usually, dividends.

We're not in the Dot Com bubble days anymore when idiots ruled the marketplace. Successful investors demand good numbers... and audited numbers.
