Maybe, but I don't think any insider who knew in advance was inside trading the news. There just wasn't enough volume up until yesterday (and today) that would signify a majority/insider cashing out early. Even with a million shares plus today, its not the size of a very large position exiting. It sucks just the same though. And just to throw the most positive light on the subject, AS doesn't necessarily mean OS. They are giving themselves the option. Doesn't look good though.
