Without having contacts in China, it's hard to say. The recent 8-K makes clear what CNCT has done in the past. It had a number of subsidiaries that were essentially worthless, and were divested for very small sums of money.

Is Jinke different? It has a business, but then several of those subs claimed to have business. Unfortunately, Chinese companies aren't exactly known for the reliability of their accounting.

I'm also not impressed by Yankuan Li, the CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board. You really ought to read the litigation referenced in the 8-K.
