DEPARTURE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

On April 24, 2015, Ron Evinou resigned as Chief Financial Officer of GroGenesis, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Evinou had no disagreement with the Company in connection with his resignation.
