Good article, pointing out Worlds side of the argument. With my searching, I don't find any real good arguments that show Activision is in the right. Only statements that the patents are too vague.

From my vantage point, I think the patent language will hold up, and I base this off of articles from researchers that have dug into the patents deaper than I have.

Granted, most of the reports are from people who are long WDDD, so they have a vested interest, but the chance of success does seem pretty good.
