Anybody buy the $2 restricted shares?

On January 28, 2015, with the stock price at $3.75CANV announced that it was issuing restricted shares at $2 to raise cash.

As I write this, CANV is trading at $1.97, with the ask at $2, which means that freely trading shares may be purchased at the same price as the restricted shares.
