I agree with you in that it's not he progress of the certification process that's disappointing, it's that with every filing and ever upturn, there are more shares being sold at cheap discounts and hitting the market 6 months later. There is no reason for an airline at this point in the process to be trading at these levels unless the managements is more concerned about their share printer than flying planes, IMO...
Lower lows, lower highs seems to be the story here reading the charts...
