Well, it just said he will be releasing a video statement, that could be just part of the settlement. It is good news even if they don't get money from him as it clears the air about the claims of tainted products for what they were, bs. Also, there still is ProjectCBD, Cannlabs, Gennifer Murry, Martin Lee and Aaron Cantu still remaining on the lawsuit. Also, just because he will be releasing a video doesn't mean he didn't cough up an cash as well.
