CEQ & his partner losing $50-$100k on this botched shell. They are SO STUPID! Who does a 1;8000 split? That is blatantly STUPID! A few 1:250 splits would not have been so obvious. And, they could even have gotten away with pumping it.

NOT NOW! They SOLD the farm on the 1st swing. NOW, this PUMP is OVER before it even got started!
