I followed LBSR about a year before I started posted, so about 2 years now.

I am going to back JB on this one, he NEVER said he was in constant communication with parties in Manilla, he said he was in constant communication with interested parties, which I say again could mean ANYONE, expecting a deal from the presentation to follow was a mis-reading of the NR by hopefuls, it was carefully worded, but when you parse the NR, expecting a deal to follow was a flight to fantasyland, with a long layover in dreamland, although I was roundly shouted down, time will prove who was right, and I stand by my reading of the NR, JB didn't promise anything was in the near future concerning Manilla and Hay, except visitors would visit, and as of this date, it doesn't look like that will happen
