Could it be that the share price was overvalued before the reverse split? Check the number of preferred shares that have been issued and the number of common shares they can be converted to before deciding what the value is here.

What I do not understand is, before the R/S the S/P was .07, why is the S/P not 70.00 which would be the same value as before the R/S?

Also with the number of authorized shares still sitting at 30 million post-split, if all of those shares were issued the market cap at $70 would be $2,100,000,000.

At the current Bid price of $7.50, the market cap would be $225,000,000.
