I do not know about the rest of the share holders but if they had to dilute the share structure to get the oil done they should have done it. How much more could the share price go down. I mean .0004 was the low put in on April 1st. .000., .0002 .0001 or no bid, I think the reason they did not do the dilution is because they let the crop freeze and the stalks and plant material was basically worthless for oil production.
