XTRN IMO I will be monitoring social media accounts expecting to see a recession of the most recent 8k or an amendment of some kind stating that a recount of the votes to approve the 14a filing has been conducted and even though the votes were not sufficient from the special shareholders meeting, that the company recently was able to purchase, on the open market, sufficient share to pass the motions with just the board members......why else wouldn't there be significant news on the progress of the company? or do the name change, or just jump up and down with joy because he now has 10 billion shares of stock to sell, give away, reduce debt, etc etc....where is the happy, happy, joy, joy? Of course this is all my opinion
