The large shareholder who walked out of the meeting reached out to me this morning and forwarded me the below summary of the shareholder meeting asking me to post it. He reiterated that he is very long XXII and reminded me that he not only strongly believes in the companies IP and prospects but actively supported Joe P while Joe assembled most of the IP prior to the company going public. His question pertained to the delay in funding the brand B exposure studies and he looks forward to having constructive dialog about it with management and offering his support as he is passionate about the prospects of Brand B and as most longs likely are, simply frustrated with the time it is taking for the Company to capitalize on its unbelievable prospects-while recognizing the challenges associated with commercializing disruptive technology especially in the tobacco and pharmaceutical industries.
