Some are misinterpreting my target so I will clarify. I think LBSR will go into default on their toxic loans. That will cause the share price to stagnate at my target range of .001 - .0015 for an extended period of time. The target IS NOT A BUYING TARGET.

During the stagnation period they will slowly lose all of their claims, due to not being able to raise the cash to maintain them and it will be game over.
