Latest RE: MNTR v Bhang Lawsuit.
From the 2014 MNTR "Financial Statement":
"In March 2015, the Company (MNTR) was notified that Bhang and its owners intended to file a counterclaim against Mentor.... Bhang contends it has suffered losses and should be able to keep the $1,500,000 they received from Mentor. The final outcome of the arbitration is not known at this time."
In this same section (Note 21 - Subsequent events) Chester provides information about warrant proceeds up through March 18, 2015. On March 19, 2015, MNTR was sued by the Golden family.
Convenient timing, such that Chester and his minions could avoid having to acknowledge being sued by the Golden family in SEC documents until the Q1 2015 filings.
Potential investors in MNTR stock can be unaware of the Golden family legal action against Chester for several more months IF they rely solely on Chester's postings.
As to the Chester vs Bhang proceedings, one can only speculate. Further, we are having to depend on what Chester has posted, as there are no filings listed in the District Court website about a counterclaim as of a few minutes ago (6:40 am, Eastern, 4-27-2015). I AM NOT A LAWYER. WE CAN GUESS that sharing information from an arbitration proceeding does not have to be listed on the Court website. Cherry picking and making public factoids from an ongoing arbitration proceeding may be a risky strategy. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE RULES OF CONFIDENTIALITY ARE, (IF ANY), FOR AN ARBITRATION PROCEEDING.
