Oh.... Tesarski has refused to do many things... He refused to comply with TRRC orders and plug the 12 wells on the McComas and Barnes leases...(then lied about it) He's refused to file production numbers. (lied about that too) He's refused to file SEC quarterly filings (more lies when he said he would)... He's refused to explain why Treaty Energy was charged with fraud or why He refused to corporate with the SEC and end up with a SEC suspension, and is instead defending the Treaty Energy crooks... He's refusing to tell investors that the previous filings that have been filed cannot be relied upon because they are incomplete and fraudulent and that those will also need to be amended/restated... And refused to file many 8-K's including the 2 for his own appointment to the baord and then as President of Treaty Energy...

Oh... And he's refused to tell investors that the likelihood of Treaty getting of the Grey Market is impossible while Treaty Energy is charged with fraud or what the consequences will be if/when Treaty Energy loses the SEC securities fraud suit...

It goes on and on and on and on....
