Vita-Korea Press Releases
After I noticed the FDA Approved logo, and that the website referenced next to it was vitacig.org, and after double checking all the VitaCig websites for news of any FDA approved products (and finding zero), I asked if anyone thought this could be anything other than deception, since the FDA has not given official approval of any VitaCig products.
Some have called this a good catch, while others have tried to defend by saying its a mistake by the distributor (deflecting blame from vitacig.org to VitaCig-Korean management). One suggested defense was saying although "slick" advertizing, it is still lawfully correct (not the case).
My feeling is this was not a mistake, and even it it was, it was not a Korean mistake since the ad referenced vitacig.org.
Bottom line choices - Pick one
1. Purposely Deceptive advert sponsored by vitacig.org
or
2. Mistakes using the FDA logo and referencing wrong website by an incompetent vitacig distributor (vita-Korea).
or
3. No deception, mistake or foul, this is all perfectly and lawfully acceptable.
