Well, like you state, ALMOST. There have been exceptions but, yes, not for the most part. In OTC land we know even a split in a successful company is a manipulation target. JD and others have mentioned financing... also, some of us could tolerate an A/S increase. But we need the results too. GL to JB and us investors! $EEDG
