He paid his company very well.
That company paid Perry very well.

Lets give credit where credit is due. The company has a major need for the PAN music network.
Without it PL would have had to actually go without pay to screw the shareholders out of their money.

Now that the shareholders have been drained of their cash it is time for PL to sue himself so he can get all that back pay when the assets are sold at auction.
