If the case were so clear cut as you insinuate , there would be no need for the agency to dump the attorneys that brought the case initially and give it to a more experienced prosecutor .
What appears obvious is the inexperienced sec employees got schooled by experienced market players and advanced their money making agenda to the detriment of ordinary ( sheep)
Shareholders.
This should be a landmark case and the market greed must stop and I trust this case will help to expose the dirty underbelly that exists in the market to this very day.
This case has no chance if the market captured regulators get their way. The only chance it has is to get to a court room where ordinary people get to hear the facts.
We need to get the real perps out of their Lear jets and into a court of law to get the truth.
