It has always been unbelievable. The only "logic" used was the Pfizer acquisition of King for 3.8 Billion. It is incorrectly assumed that the main driver of that was the acquisition of embeda, this the "logic" was that elite was worth at least that much (it isn't by the way). what is forgotten is that King had revenue of $1.9 B in the year before acquistion, of another more logical way of looking at it is that Pfizer paid two times revenue. By that logic, the acquisition of elite will be for $8 million.
