I agree. Links provided prove the actual meaning of the prhase or word used in a reference. It can be interpreted however one chooses but the FACT is it is what it is !!

The laws are written by The U S Congress for the protection of all. Not just a hand chosen few. It's not a pick and choose issue that is to their own benefit. In this case not just for future investors. I see this alot lately.

THE SEC WORKS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE. THEY MUST FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES WRITTEN BY CONGRESS. THEY ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW, NOR IS THEIR GOAL TO SINGLE OUT INDIVIDUALS FOR EXAMPLE PURPOSES ..... FACT
