I never said Tesarski was charged. I said Treaty Energy the "company" Tesarski is supposedly in charge of, has been charged. There is a very real possibility that there will be superseding charges in the near future... Seems Tesarski at first played victim. I believe the SEC gave him a chance to come clean with Treaty Energy but after filing the answers to the SEC charges that he did, it's now clear he is one of the Treaty gang of cons and trying to protect thier interest more than the shareholders...

And just what do you think generating a NOBO/OBO list will accomplish???
