There are very few to no shares to buy at these levels, much more to hold on to by keeping this down and out . Even if the 250 mm fails were able to be purchased at an average of .005 we are talking a million and a quarter dollars, and the cost goes up from there.
Not hard to see why such an effort to keep this where it's at.
