The 20/20 hindsight reference was spot on. Brian Nichols NEVER made any effort to communicate with shareholders in general (except perhaps a few with selected people), and failed to file financials for three years.

This thread pretty much defended his actions, claiming he was "keeping the lights on" while referencing a growing number of "purported" sales.

In FASCLand there was even crowing about great % gains in shareprice from the 2014 lows....despite the fact there was never enough volume to allow any significant sale of stock.


On it went, until the SEC finally took action on the long running financial delinquency.
