very true that's why eltp pps is stagnant , people know that elite is just going to keep burning money from all these trials , there will be delays after delays { like always], so most wont invest into eltp right at this moment when they no the pps wont be moving up for months to come, that's why there is no volume, plenty of time in this stock to come back in December and reinvest
