Why do you and the other Demented shareholder insist on making this ridiculous statement. TMMI DID NOT pay off only a handful of the 2000 shareholders. TMMI completed the announced deal to acquire Digital Focus by delivering the shares to Digital Focus THE COMPANY and it was left up to THE COMPANY to distribute the shares to it's shareholders. I'm somewhat amazed that you haven't quite grasped the very basics of corporate law.
The 40+ shareholders can thank the devious dentist and his "hide the pea under the shell game" for extinguishing any rights or claims they may have had on the shares given to DFI when he bankrupted and then allowed DFMI to be revoked.
"Unlike you I see no settlement coming, why would Dimension do that?"
I don't see any settlement coming either, why would TMMI even consider allowing the perpetrators of this egregious fraud off the hook. The damages awarded to TMMI will be severe in my humble opinion. Its only a matter of time now.
