Left out what actually happened with the much heralded JV002, which turned out to be a total scam that cost Idira what, 1.2M? Jerry had a role as a negotiation consultant,, I guess....

Ahh, what happened to those SEC filings? They have ceased, m.uch like every other business fairytale told here.

But buy shares anyway, people need paid.
