that's a good point.


with that being said, i'm currently exploring moving to South Carolina.. its an incredibly hard decision being a "yinzer", having alot of friends and family in the current area, but i dunno. Looking into adventure, turning the big 30 this summer.. and closing on my first foreclosure flip this month.. its.. got me thinking. Other opportunities out there.
