Sleazy?
About this MMRF "Board"...And management structure.
First, I find it hilarious MMRF even having a "board"
What is it for? Is MMRF a mutli million revenue generating company requiring a "BOARD"?

A board "normally" makes decisions on shareholders behalf.
Has that happened? Name a couple things MMRF "Board" has done on shareholders behalf in the last 6 years.
Now, lets exclude the decisions about executive comps, options, warrants, bonuses, hiring ands firing. Not many questions as to those.....agree?

For those that need some "Board" knowledge, its usually best that a "Board" be a fair representation of both management and shareholders' interests; (does MMRF have that?)

If many insiders serve as directors it may/could mean that the board will tend to make decisions more beneficial to management.

Has that happened?

Lets get to the seperation of powers....Yea, I know, usually meant for Politics..Well, lets say a business is comprised of a CEO (RHL), some management teams (Talked about in several PR's) and then the non-management non-professionals...Surely, can name a couple of those with MMRF.
Now, hang on here. Why those different groups?
Because each one can have a seperate set of responsibilities...Does MMRF have that? WHo and what are they? Good to know if investing.
That will allow that group to be more effecitive and efficient doing the duties with not worrying about the others duties...and keep some checks and balances...
Does MMRF have that?

Or is ONE person a one man band?

Does/has this CEO RL made decisions that has had long-term implications for the health of the company?
Did/has CEO made decisions without great or even good information from the "board"? Again, why have one if not? Did Management/Board/CEO estimate the possible damage/impact of the lawsuit decisions on shareholders/business?

Who is liable for decisions of this company? Has this "Board"/CEO in shareholders opinion, completed their duties assigned? DO shareholders know any of that? Out of 6 years of PR's news, facebook entries, etc., what has been completed?
A phone call to CEO, sure, but has anyone spoke to other "Board" members?

One last question
Can a question be asked if anyone has acted in self - interests?
Good business judgement assumes officers act the best interests of a company when making decisions....
How about it?
