I'm not reading too much into it right now, I believe it was a preferred shares conversion into commons, question now is will he be holding on to them or selling them right away? Is there a floor on them of .165 then or just how do those work? Will others being converting soon also? These things we don't know and will have to wait and find out, it's potentially a good indication but can't rule out the possibility at this time that he is just simply in need of some personal funds? all in all though much more concerned with the sector in general at this time. It needs to turn around soon because it has become extremely ugly and not good.
