Current CASH on balance sheet you want to be good, so there aren't any sudden stock offerings in short term for risk to crash the stock further.
(examples recently STEM & AKBA).
My standard rule is cash on hand for 1 Year or more of cash burn before entering for a short term trade. I don't like share offering surprises
