The wisest thing Dr. Seymour has said.

NNVC is not an investment. It is a lottery ticket. Everybody who buys a lottery ticket dreams about what he'll do with his mega millions ("Buy Lamborghini, party in Hawaii...") But you all know what happens to most lottery tickets.
