ARIAD up 2 bucs in the month of April...is it the up an coming proxy battle, or the stunning results of Brig?...I think it's the latter!! The price rise started as earlier Brig abstracts were released, continued to rally with verification of results, and the possible announcement of an early marketing release by the FDA. The April rally has absolutely nothing to do with the proxy battle, or Dr. Berger losing. In my opinion, even if Dr. Berger wins, the price will continue it's upward movement...based on Pona Revs, Brig status, 788's potential, and of course M&A activity. Also it's my opinion that Dr. Berger would be much more stubborn on share price in the event of a BO then that of the Denner Hedge Crew.
