That's the mantra of every pump and dump. The reality is if they had a profitable business model, they wouldn't have merged into a stinky pinkie with a bunch of debt, they'd have gotten VC, or bank financing. Or they'd go to friends and family and make them rich.

Here, they can't sell new shares directly without more disclosure than they want to do, so all they can do is issue shares for "services" and fund through death spirals.

So no, there will not be significant revenues and certainly no profits. Just more convertible debt, promotion and excuses, along with the ever present "soon we're gonna be huge".
