That's not true. There are many loop holes as well as illegal shorting that occurs in OTC. It's true not everyone can do it. It's true your broker will deny that it's possible but rest assured funny business does occur.
In most cases this never amounts to a squeeze because in most cases those that short OTC stocks have it on good dd that the companies they attack are never going to recover. But every now and then one breaks the mold.
This happened to CY8k last year. Please look it up. Many of us in that made serious bank on an epic run from .005 to over .35
This happened in 3 stages and was fueled by both serendipitous events and a squeeze trigger. Shorty got his lunch stolen on that one and the shirt off his back.

As a word of advice. You seem like a smart and rational guy. Keep in mind that nothing in this life is impossible you just have to have the means and know the right people. I never say never any more. We are just a collective of star dust floating in a mega massive universe. Everything is possible. Everything.
