This is an amendment to the registration to the March 30th Series A convertible notes... Sold, I believe to the Baker Bros. These are equal to roughly 35 million ordinary shares and were sold for roughly 50 mil dollars. Not exactly sure why the amendment , but it does not mean more shares are offered other than the 35 mil in late march..

In short no big deal that I can make out.
