GCDx and Bertech have nothing to do with Radient or Provista.
Any old "LSA between Radient and Provista Diagnostics" would not affect GCDx and Bertech.
DR-70 is off patent. Anyone can commercialize it in Canada without licensing from, asking permission from, or getting approval from Radient. Which is good because nobody can contact OR EVEN FIND Radient.
There is no upcoming Radient/Provista merger. Provista has no reason to merge with Radient. If they wanted to use DR-70 (which of course they do NOT), they could simply use it, because, and I cannot stress this enough, DR-70 is OFF PATENT.
