That's because marketwatch is calculating from stale share data. As of TRTC's S1 filing on April 13th, the total outstanding shares as of the date of that filing was 326,574,580. Friday's closing price was .164 which equates to a $53,558,231.12 market cap. Personally, I think it's a good idea to calculate cap based on AS if you're trading da OTC. Fully diluted at the current PPS is market cap over $57mm. Them are big numbers
