To clarify my comment above, "he has signed a confidentiality Agreement with both entities.", I was referring to the confidentiality agreements William signed when he was CEO of Provista Diagnostics. The agreements were the LOI in 2010 between Radient and Provista Diagnostics in their future reverse merger aspirations and the 2010 LSA agreement giving Provista Diagnostics the 5 year exclusive rights to research, develop and commercialize DR-70. This included the LC Sentinel Cancer tests for Breast Cancer and the Lung Cancer Test. When William sold his breast and lung cancer test to Provista Diagnostics, he also signed a non-compete and confidentiality agreement, so it would also give him a reason to side step your question dealing with PDx on a company and personal basis.

GS.. Here is the question you gave William in your email concerning Global Cancer Diagnostics relationship to a rumor that GCDX was going to merge with Radient and/or Provista Diagnostics....


"In researching GCDx, I am finding several rumors on the internet (particularly on InvestorsHub.com) that your company is merging with, or taking over, Radient Pharmaceuticals and/or Provista Diagnostics. Is there any truth to that rumor? What is your current business relationship with Radient Pharmaceuticals and Provista Diagnostics? Do you own RXPC stock?"

Here is the reply from William that you have in your post dated March 19, 2015 in the sticky section of the ihub board and from your post on April 24, 2015 in response to my statement above that I have clarified.

"I will say this to clear up that very old rumor. We have no connection whatsoever with Radient Pharmaceutical in any way – company-wise or personally."

This reply from William strengthens my hypothesis and position and why I was certain from my analysis that GCDX was not going to merge into the Radient shell. This reply from William also proves from my analysis and hypothesis that Provista Diagnostics will be the entity to merge with Radient. This comment by William states that he has no connection with Radient on a business or personal basis also proves from my analysis that the agreement between Radient and Global Cancer Diagnostics from July 17, 2012 did not consummate as I stated in my hypothesis.Therefore GCDX is selling the collaborated Radient DR-70 and Provista Diagnostics IP called the "LC Sentinel" Lung Cancer test that William had signed as the CEO of Provista Diagnostics in 2010. William is still employed with Provista Diagnostics as an executive, therefore he would still have to be silent on any details from the two agreements between Radient and Provista DX. If you notice from his reply, he says "WE". This means he is emphasizing his company GCDX has no connection with Radient.... If he was replying on a personal basis he would have said "I"... Here is what a person would say when they DO have a confidentiality agreement. They would answer your merger question about GCDX merging with Provista Diagnostics either with a no comment or side step the answering of your question all together.. In your request for the rumor about GCDX merging with Provista Diagnostics he did both...Furthermore strengthening my hypothesis once again showing that he is indeed liable to the two confidentiality and non-compete clauses and agreements between Radient and Provista.

In your sticky post from March 19, 2015 and your recent post on April 23, 2015 you stated below..

"This is the second time William Gartner has denied any connection with Radient. He also denies any connection with Provistadx."

This is absolutely not true....William never stated that he had no connection with Provista Diagnostics..This further strengthens my Hypothesis that William is indeed connected to PDX..Matter of fact my analysis presented this past week has many more proofs of these connections. If you need more clarification from facts and not opinions here is what my mentor and former Logic and Symbolic Logic Professor the late Dr. Fang would explain it simply by this form of logic..
