Lol, what do you mean the regulation news is nothing new?

It may not be new for VitaCig here in the U.S., but
it is obviously relevant for VitaCig South Korea,
and key for how they are promoting the product.

Who is simply capitalizing on the following facts:

--FDA Published Regulatory Proposals for Industry Comments on April 24, 2014

--Proposals Would Exclude from Regulation "Tobacco Accessories" such as the mCig 2.0

--Proposals Would Exclude from Regulation "Nicotine-Free" eCigs such as the VitaCig

--Proposals Would Exclude from Regulation Non-Nicotine Flavoring as found in the VitaCig

--Proposals Would Permit the Continued Online Retailing of eCigs and Tobacco Accessories

and lawfully and rightfully so, as FDA approved.
Not FDA approved as you are used to hearing that term, as
in the FDA approving the product for medicinal use or
something, but in that the product, is considered outside
the scope of their considerations and restrictions in regards
to nicotine based e-cigs.

Anyone can call it slimy, snakeoil, deceptive, and
they have that right, but bottom line, they are completely
in their legal right to use that logo, the VitaCig
is a healthier alternative to smoking, and they are selling
a whole lot of them.

The VitaCig currently has zero restrictions as to when and
where the product is sold.
