Questions Remain. Invalid use of FDA logo?

The regulation news is nothing new.
Articles are just "paid for investment ads" (note disclaimers - This article is meant to serve as a basis for an investment is not responsible for any investment losses.)

Our US taxes pay for the FDA and I highly doubt they would use their resources caring of products sold in other countries, especially products that haven't been approved here. There job is import safety for the US consumer.

A smoking cessation product? Korean laws may allow that kind of marketing there (snake oil salesmen must love Korea, if true!), I don't care. Calling it a "non-smoking" product may not even mean smoking cessation. Again, I don't care. Its the logo that caught my attention, because its a good thing to see next to a product.

What smacks as deceptive is that the US FDA logo is used, and ONLY in Korean adverts. Substantiating the conclusion is the non-appearance of the FDA logo with VitaCig product, anywhere else in the world (including all website/storefronts/product packaging).

Not so much a "smoking gun", perhaps just another deceptive tactic used to solicit investors.

I don't think the FDA would approve, nor would the SEC, if this were ever mentioned in a filing by VitaCig.

I'm still waiting to hear how the Korean words under the US FDA logo translate.
